REFUNDS, RETURNS & MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE
At Tribe Organics, your trust means everything to us. We understand that you might have questions about returns or refunds if something doesn’t meet your expectations. Here’s what you need to know:
MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE
We mindfully produce our supplements with the intention of complementing your health and wellness journey and it’s very important to us that you benefit from them. We mean business on this one.
If you're not 100% satisfied with your first-time purchase of any Tribe Organics product—even after giving it a full two weeks of use from the date it ships—just reach out to us at info@tribe-organics.com within 30 days of receiving your order. We’ll issue a full refund, no questions asked.*
*PLEASE NOTE: This guarantee only applies to first-time purchases of individual products. It does not cover multipacks (3-packs or 6-packs) or multiple units of the same item.
To prevent abuse, we limit the use of this guarantee to 3 individual products per any 12 month period for first-time purchase of that item. If you purchase 3 of the same item, the money-back guarantee will cover a refund of one of those items, you may return the rest but as per policy, you customer is responsible for shipping costs.
RETURN POLICY
If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can contact us directly at info@tribe-organics.com to request a return label. Returns must be sent back within 30 days of purchase, and we’ll issue a refund once the item is received.
As per our policy, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. To ensure your refund is processed properly and in a timely manner, kindly follow the exact instructions provided by our customer service team.
PLEASE NOTE: All return labels are calculated individually and will be deducted from your refund, if your return is approved.
What’s not returnable?
- Please note that all of our jars are sealed with a plastic cover. If this one is torn or removed, the product is considered opened and is not eligible for return.
- Opened products are not returnable.
- Products with broken seals are not returnable.
- Items not purchased at www.tribe-organics.com.
- Items without an order number.
How do I return unopened products?
- Unopened product return requests must be submitted within 30-days of delivery by contacting us.
- Unopened product/s being returned must be mailed or shipped within 14-days of the date the return was authorized by Tribe Organics' Customer Service Department.
- If the returned product(s) is opened and/or damaged in any way, you will not be eligible for a refund.
- If you have initiated the return after the 30-day period has passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
- If we have not received your return within 30-days, you will not be eligible for a refund.

DAMAGED ITEMS
If you receive a damaged or defective item(s), please contact our customer service team with your order number and details. A customer service representative will contact you within 48 hours of receiving your request. Damaged item(s) must be reported to Tribe Organics' customer service within 10 days of receiving your shipment, or they are not eligible for a refund or replacement.
Please contact us at info@tribe-organics.com to resolve the issue immediately. If you refuse to accept your package because there is obvious damage to the package or to the items in the package, you will not be charged for the cost of return shipping.
QUALITY-RELATED RETURNS
We stand behind the quality of our products. Any requests for a quality-related issue need to be evaluated. Please contact Customer Service at info@tribeorganics.com with your order number and additional relevant issues.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders placed on tribe-organics.com are processed immediately and packed in order to ship orders as fast as possible. Because of this, we are usually unable to change or cancel orders after they have been placed. Once an order is processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
PLEASE NOTE: If you have a subscription, we cannot refund you in full for an already processed, in transit or received order.
If you are a subscriber, you receive an email 3 days prior to any subscription product processing and being shipped, so you can modify or cancel before it ships if you no longer want the product. Once the product has shipped, we cannot cancel it as it goes into our third party logistics team. You can process a return, but as per policy, you are responsible for shipping costs.
EXCHANGES
We do not offer exchanges.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Please allow approximately 1-2 weeks for return processing. Once the product is returned to our warehouse, it will take an additional 5-7 business days to credit back to your original form of payment. In the event that method is no longer available the refund will be forfeited. You will receive a refund notification from us when your return has been processed.
If after 5-7 business days you still do not see the refund in your account, please contact your bank or credit card company to make sure there are no pending refunds. You can always reach back out to our customer experience team and we will be happy to confirm the refund has been processed.
